For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Marquette NFP Pro App (“MNFP App”), whether you are a user of the app, a Marquette Method Teacher, or other individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy. The MNFP App is owned and operated by the Marquette University’s Boland Institute for Natural Family Planning Center (“the Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use certain information from users of the MNFP App and related websites, and how we use that information. By using the MNFP App or related websites, you agree to the collection and use of information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. While this Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information collected from the MNFP App, please be aware that additional terms and conditions may apply for certain parts of our MNFP App or the Institute’s website.
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy here and by changing the date of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the MNFP App.

-
Bodily functions, vital signs, or symptoms; and

Reproductive or sexual health information, such as intent to avoid or get pregnant, reproductive category (married or engaged), menstrual cycle parameter history, ovulation information, and intercourse date.

What do we do with information collected on the MNFP App?
The purpose of the MNFP App is to document fertility biomarkers (i.e., cervical mucus, basal body temperature, urine hormones), vaginal bleeding, acts of intercourse, and the estimated day of ovulation (EDO) used to assist the woman/couple with identifying the fertile and infertile days of the cycle. This information collected daily over weeks and months can be used to track and share (by your choice) menstrual cycle events with a certified Marquette Method Teacher for fertility planning.
We use your personal information to administer the MNFP App, communicate with you, provide services to you related to the Institute, improve our MNFP App, to market our related services, resolve problems and disputes related to the MNFP App, to track activity within our MNFP App, to gather demographic information, and to fulfill any other purposes for which you offer your consent. By using the MNFP App, you agree that we may use aggregated or deidentified health information for research purposes and to improve the MNFP App.
