How to delete your account

Your data is yours. If you ever decide to stop using Marquette NFP Pro, you have the option to delete your account and associated data at any time. Deleting your account does not end your subscription.

PLEASE NOTE: deleting your account, deletes all of your charts. If you would like to access them at a later point be sure to export them from your settings first.

Below are the simple steps to permanently delete your account, along with what happens to your data when you do.

Steps to Delete Your Account

In the app:

1. Open the Marquette NFP Pro app and tap the Profile icon.

2. Select Edit at the bottom of the page.

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm that you’d like to delete your account

Online:

1. Follow this link: https://app.marquettenfppro.com

2. Log in using your account email and password

3. Select Delete Account and follow steps

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system. This cannot be undone.

What Happens to Your Data?

When you delete your account:

• All charting data, profile info, and settings will be permanently deleted from our backend.

• Your account is fully removed and cannot be restored after deletion.
