How to start a new cycle

The algorithm does not automatically begin a new cycle. This is because you’ll need to confirm the start date, cycle intention, and charting variables for your new cycle.

To start a new cycle:

1. Go to your Daily View or Calendar/Chart View screen.

2. Tap the light blue “+” button in the top-right corner.

3. Select “New Cycle.”

4. Choose your new cycle’s start date and intention, then confirm your charting variables and "Save"!

Don’t worry—creating a new cycle will not delete or remove any data you’ve already charted. Your existing data will simply be moved to the correct cycle based on the start date you select.
