Have a discount code? Follow the steps below to redeem it and start saving on your subscription.
Already have an active subscription? You'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait until your access expires before you can redeem a discount code. Learn how to cancel your subscription here.
Redeeming Your Discount Code
When you first download and open the app, you'll create your account, review the disclaimer, and then arrive at the subscription screen.
At the bottom of the paywall screen, click “Have a discount code? Enter it here.”
On the next screen, enter your discount code. You can type it out or just copy and paste.
Click Apply to redeem the code.
If your code is valid, the subscription screen will refresh to display your discounted pricing.
FAQs
Do I still get a 1-month free trial?
Yes. Anyone who has never purchased a subscription or redeemed a free trial is eligible for the 1-month free trial.
What happens when my code expires?
Once your code expires, you will automatically return to the subscription paywall.
If you choose not to subscribe, you can still export your chart without purchasing a subscription, as long as you have not deleted the app since your access expired.
What if I already have an active subscription when I receive a discount code?
If you have an active subscription, you must first cancel it and wait for your current access to end before you can redeem your discount code. This helps prevent accidental duplicate purchases.

My code isn't working. What should I do?
If your discount code isn't working:
Double-check that it was entered exactly as provided.
Copy and paste the code to avoid typing errors.
Confirm that your current subscription (if you had one) has fully expired.
Verify that the code hasn't expired.
