Subscriptions, Free Trials & Refunds

Marquette NFP™ Pro subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. This means Apple or Google handles your subscription, billing, cancellations, and refund requests. Learn more about what this means for you below.
Free Trials & Automatic Renewal
When you start a free trial, you agree to the subscription terms presented at sign-up, including the automatic renewal of your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Apple or Google. Canceling before your trial ends will prevent you from being charged for the subscription. Learn more here.
Because Apple and Google manage the subscriptions, Marquette NFP Pro cannot cancel a subscription, prevent a charge, or initiate a refund on your behalf.
Requesting a Refund
If you were charged for a subscription and would like to request a refund, you’ll need to submit your request directly to Apple or Google.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:
Request a refund from Apple. Sign in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe, find your Marquette NFP Pro subscription, and follow the instructions.
If you subscribed through Google Play:
Request a refund from Google Play. Sign in with the Google Account you used to subscribe and follow the instructions.
How Are Refund Requests Decided?
Once you submit a refund request, Apple or Google will review it according to their refund policies and determine whether a refund can be approved.
Marquette NFP Pro does not have the ability to approve, deny, or issue refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google.
